They are too expensive in my country and i need bookshelf speakers not floorstanding speakers
Polk audio, elac, dynaudio, klipsch, wharfedale, b&w, kef, svs, fyne audio, focal, q acoustics, monitor audio,
I would go with Dynaudio, KEF, Focal, Monitor Audio.

I would not worry at all about any difference in DAC or Jitters or anything else.

Can you recommmend any particular model bec not every model is available in my country
Whatever is in your budget. But I like those brands. They make high-end speakers and a lot of the same technology is also used in their lower-end speakers.

Altho all the setup thru those tiny porthole windows without a tv might be a pain....
Just use the LCD for adjusting the speaker trims/channel levels, source select, and volume.

He doesn't have to do auto room EQ or anything else, which he wouldn't do anyway with an integrated amp.
