Is Yamaha RxA 3080 enough to run a 7.1.2 channel set up with 4 ohm LCR speakers in a 12*16*10 feet room without external Power Amplifier?

The ones that sound good for you. If it were me and for HT I'd look at JTR.

My room is 22’ x 26’ x 14’ ceiling. I sit 18’ away from the 150” screen.

My speakers are the RBH SX-T1. RBH May still have some available on clearance sale.

But if price is not an issue (since you mention the $10K DataSat instead of the less expensive Monolith or ATI pre-pro),I would get the new RBH SVT standard or Reference towers.

The Reference SVTR will have some more bass capability, but both versions have dual 12” woofers.

RBH SX-T2/R - I use the same speaker for the center as the other main speakers. I use 5 identical speakers for the main “bed” speakers.

If I were using the new SVT towers for Atmos home theater, I would also use 5 identical speakers, but some people would prefer a horizontal center speaker like the SV-821C.
