HDCP2.2 and Amazon FireTV

My Amazon FireTV is hardwired to my AT&T 5268AC router via an 8-port ethernet switch and into the game port of a Pioneer 824 A/V receiver and then to my Samsung TV. My FireTV tells me I cannot display the 4K picture because some component of the system is not HDCP2.2 compatible.

I lack expertise in this area, but I sure could use some help in finding which component of the setup is not HDCP2.2 compatible. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Looks like the receiver. What model Samsung do you have?

Looks like I need a new receiver. Thanks y'all.
Denon x3400 from Amazon warehouse deal should be very affordable.

Btw: if you connect firetv to tv, you could still use avr for sound if tv supports 5.1 digital audio out
