Pioneer vex-522

I just bought a pioneer vex-522 second hand. I did not receive a Mcacc. I really need some help. My surround speaker, center speaker, as well as my sub out don’t seem to work. Front speaker connections work. I have a Sony powered subwoofer. Please help.

Do they play the test tones if you do manual MCACC? Make sure your speakers are all set to small and the crossover on the Sony sub set to max.

If you bout it used reset it for sure. After go into setup the manual MCACC and set all your speakers to small. You can use a tape measure for distance settings. You can probably contact pioneer for another microphone also..

Chances are the speakers are set to off if the last guy only had a stereo system (2 speakers). The menu system should have a place to set each channel to large, small, or none. Typical you want to set them to small, even if you think your speakers are large.

In the menu system choose 2, manual speaker setup
Then choose a, speaker settings
