Pretty big price for the Denon D M41 music system (CD receiver plus speakers). I think this is one of the better mini stereo systems and it dropped in price from $500 to $350. Looks like Denon wants to move some inventory. I've been thinking of picking one up for a bedroom/office for a while.

It has a CD player, a tuner, headphone socket (with selectable gain), bluetooth (supports AAC but not apt x), sub out, RCA and digital inputs, and speakers. Not bad for $350.

It lacks networking other than bluetooth. It lacks apt x which makes the bluetooth feature less attractive. Still it's easy (and cheap) enough to add an amazon echo dot via rca or a google audio dongle via an optical input.

If you are looking for a sub to go with it, this looks like a pretty good deal on a "music only" sub.

It is roughly a 15" cube, and clearly does not have the low end for theater.
I have not heard it , but have confidence in Harmon/JBL to be able to make a competent, music sub! At $100 ($300 MSRP),I consider it a plus that they are not attempting to produce 20Hz!

That's cheap. I was actually looking at this Yamaha NS SW 200 sub. That's a good looking sub and the price isn't bad

The speakers that come with the D M41 go down deep enough that I may just skip a sub (and save some bucks, :).
