Honest to god, I can't stand scheming "Dr" "Smith". 3rd episode I had to rewind so much to avoid cringe-worthy imitation of Helena Bonham Carter role Sweeney Todd's as Mrs Lovett.
I'm done with it for now.

Parker Posey indeed made that a creepy role.

So what's your verdict on this new version?

I have only seen the first two episodes so far. It is clearly much better than the original, and as long as Dr. Smith doesn't start exclaiming "Oh the pain, the pain!", I think I will enjoy it, at this point.

No word on whether it's renewed or not yet, IIRC though they left an opening for one in the last episode. I guess it will depend on how popular it is.

Saw the first two episodes. Didn't think it was so bad.

Ended up giving it a second chance and finished it out. It ended up being decent, not great. Some good elements, some not so good.
