Fantastic! Thanks for sharing!

Although I'm surprised that Salk's carpentry background has his employee working with almost no dust protection....

(totally not knocking Salk, btw)

Salk? I think you're confused. These are Legacy Audio Calibre's, just as in the thread title. :D

Either way they'd have to have a heck of a dust collection system with all that MDF. That stuff just is horrible if you're trying to keep things clean.

Even when I cut some outside my garage dust still managed to get in.

I agree, but he might have just been giving it a quick 1 second sanding of an uneven spot for all we know.

Now, back to the topic of celebrating my speaker build. :D

Yeah, but that sawdust tho...

They look gorgeous. I'd love to be able to audition them.

Yeah, forgot to add that part.

They look very nice. Interesting design too. I've looked at Legacy's site and they look like a fine builder of speakers. Wish I had the opportunity to listen to them.

More like T-minus two weeks. They ship from Legacy sometime next week. After that it's probably a 3-4 day trip on the LTL carrier.

My first thought also was "why isn't that guy wearing at least a dust mask?!"

I love how we're all so concerned for his safety. :D

The speakers look amazing though

In-route to San Antonio. I didn't see the shipment move over the weekend so it looks like the driver had the weekend off. :)

I have a friend that is coming down to go to it, not a big F1 guy myself. I thought that it was in November?
10/21 if memory serves. I think at least one year was in November but it changes every year.

We stay in San Marcos, and if your friend is staying with you, tell him we recommend taking the 130 toll road because it gives a straight shot away from the track with only traffic between the track and the toll entrance to deal with, and will connect with I35 in a couple places.

(Holy run-on sentence!)
