Hi all -
I recently purchased a Sony Soundbar w/ Wireless Subwoofer and all of a sudden it stopped working with the remote. I've done a few troubleshooting things like a hard reset, confirming the IR remote works, etc. The soundbar still works, but it doesn't seem like the IR receiver is accepting a signal. It's only a month old and Sony wants to charge me to ship it back so they can replace it ($100 shipping). Any ideas on whether or not this is something i could try to fix myself or take to a local shop? Here's the Model #: HTCT380.
