Need a soundbar w/o SW

I'm looking for a SB with this specs
1. Under $300
2. HDMI ARC
3. Miracast or other type of streaming
4. No Subwoofer
5. No longer that 42' TV
6. No wider than 20cm (~8')
7. Sound quality is not a must, but is appreciated

I've only found Pioneer SBX N-500/700/550 with this specs, but I don't like it much

So I'm looking for an alternative if exists

Looking for a soundbar without a subwoofer? In that case, make sure you're shopping for one with a pedestal design. There are quite a few options out there, but I couldn't make an honest recommendation since I haven't played with any yet.

I've notice that Miracast is a bad limiter, since i see that in that price tag only Pioneer is the one that implements it

I'm thinking on going for a Chromecast separatedly and a soundbar without miracast support.

So other candidates are:

And
Yamaha YAS-105

I'm not familiar with HDMI Arc, can you give me an example of how it would be useful in a sound bar?

Basically i find it useful if you want to connect devices without SPDIF or just with HDMI connection to the bar.
