No. I actually put it off and then kind of forgot about it until I saw that it ended. I must not have really wanted one. :) I sure do think that they look cool, though!
I've been meaning to try one for awhile now. Not necessarily a portable device, but I wanted to give the Senn's I have a little something extra, especially with the phone/ipod/laptop. GranteedEV suggested a few awhile ago, but most of them were multi-hundred, but this one came to like $160 or something after conversion so I thought I'd try it out.

Plus it, you know, it looks cool :D

I took today off to both relax and get some stuff done around the house. Shockingly, I actually am getting some stuff done. I'm getting things organized to make more floor space for Niki in the three bedrooms. I always keep the rest of the house clutter free, but I tend to let things build up in the bedrooms.

I'm happy that apparently everyone else has very exciting lives these days.

:D I got a good bit of stuff straightened up yesterday, but certainly there's still stuff left to do. The two Lagunitas Undercover Ales that I just threw down aren't going to help me finish that tonight, but there's always the weekend.

I could use a beer; even a fake one, but I think I'm out.

A nice scotch would do ...

... the closet alckie goes "hmmm ... ".

I am a garage based furniture maker. Sometimes the extent of my day is gluing and clamping boards. Hopefully soon they will be speaker cabinets...

If I had a gimp mask, I might just show myself in my Amazon videos.

*Contemplates new purchase*

I had to look up what a gimp mask is.

The bad news is they are scarey and ugly , and that there are numerous photos on the net of people wearing them.

The good news is you can a matching set, one for your and one for your dog.

T-Mobile can suck it. I bought a month of "unlimited" high speed data for $80 to try out my new Fire phone. I think just about when I hit 7GB of data, my speeds went from >30Mbps to almost exactly 0.5Mbps every time that I check, and I've used different servers. They are clearly throttling the speed, even though last month their CEO claimed that they aren't. I'm well below my mobile hotspot limit, and I'm not even using it. Loading webpages takes seemingly forever now.

I don't know about $80 "unlimited" plan, but I use their $30 5gb fast (slow after), unlimited text and 100 minutes voice.
Combined with wifi and Google voice i never ran into any limits

So clearly I'm going to keep talking about this until we actually move in, but it looks like the owners are replacing some carpet and even replacing the refrigerator, which is probably the most exciting thing. The old refrigerator was awful, so it was very exciting to see it sitting outside, clearly not going back inside.

Be sure to offer to pitch in for the Han Solo fridge

And don't forget: shag carpet is so retro!!!

I would, but I'm not sure they or the GF would go for it.

How dare you!!! If it works for my white van, it should for my the new place :D
Well if you'd like some positive reinforcement, keep in mind that my basement started off like this:

And yes, there was shag carpet in the house at one point.

Yea, but at least you own and your basement looks great these days.

I'm stuck in another rental so the changes I can make are minimal.

I also got bored, so I just plain plowed ahead with that project I was working on. Might have a bead on some AE TD15S woofers, although no Apollo upgrade. However, pretty decent discount.
