Mine will be here tonight and I'll be throwing it in just to check it out. Won't really be able to calibrate the system until the weekend, so will have to wait for a full watch until then.

Also just picked up my copy today. Strangely, Target was considerable cheaper than Wal-Mart. Again, this weekend, hopefully.

Has anyone else noticed that lately they don't throw in the DVD with the Blu-Ray like they used to? The times they are a changin'.

The Edge Of Tomorrow was the last one I purchased before Xmen and it had both BluRay+DVD+stuff . Maybe the marketing in Canada is lagging behind the US :)

Threw it in and ended up watching the whole thing :) I liked it. More story than action this time around, but it was good.

I usually look for a version without the DVD because I don't want to pay more for something I won't likely use. When I get movies with the DVD, I lend the DVD out when someone wants to watch something that I happend to buy.

Just watched it. For me, it is the best X-men so far.

I got mine Tuesday and watched it last night. Story-wise, it was probably the best X-Men movie. There were also some good action scenes.

Watched it again this weekend :) The "Time in a bottle" scene is awesome.

We watched it Saturday night. For some reason I am not a fan of any of the X series.

Tried watching it last night and I just couldn't get into it. I think I started the flick too late on the evening. Will attempt again tonight.

I just can't get myself to blind buy this one. I haven't liked ANY of the X-men movies so far. First Class wasn't too bad though.

Maybe I can justify the purchase with the fact that J-Law's in it. I've heard there's going to be a double-dip with some Rogue scenes so maybe I'll wait for that.

I don't think this movie is as fun as the Wolverine movies. I look forward more to the Wolverine series than the X-Men series.

Haven't seen the second Wolverine because the first one was lame. I thought the choice of Liev Schreiber as Sabertooth was actually pretty good, but it sort of fizzled out. Ryan as Deadpool? OK, I can see that, but still didn't deliver. I can get past some of the changes in the X-men movies, but the changes in Wolverine were flat out wrong.

Oh, and technically Wolverine is now dead.

In the comics not the films, they officially killed him off. (Yes, nobody every really dies in comics, but still...)

Yeah, no doubt there were a lot of people up in arms. It was its own miniseries actually; I haven't read it either.

I just finished watching this BluRay and I'm luke warm about it. Although the video was stunning, I found the audio lacking in bass and the effectiveness of the surround channels was random at best. I would not recommend this flick as demo material.

I agree with 3db. I thought the story line was good but the audio was lacking.
