Is there any way to avoid overloading the tweeters? some sort of way or perhaps a device to tune/limit the wattage going to the tweeters? Some amps use "limiters" and "filters" or compression schemes to protect the speakers. But I think it defeats one point of using active speakers. Why do you want active speakers? For better sound quality? So why resort to limiters that can compress the sound and potentially adversely affect sound quality? If you want to go by-the-book or close to it, just get the AT1202 for the midrange and AT602 for the tweeters. The tweeters usually only need 10% of the power of the woofers.
