Set a new squat PR the other day at 415. Bench has stalled out at 315, but volume at lighter weight is up, so I'm not sure what's going on there. Deadlift is at 490, gonna try for 500 Friday. Finally back in shape, and making a step forward from where I was a year and a half ago before tendonitis in my wrist and shoulder completely took me out of the gym. Too bad I'm about to take about 3 weeks off with the move, vacation, and then almost immediately start the new job. Ah-well, it was nice while it lasted
