I don't get why they had to use a hoist to get the guy out in the first place. Paramedics should have just stabalized him and took him out. He might of screamed a little but I think it was their fault the car got damaged. Also the car owner must of had insurance. It is a strange story though.

They had no way to diagnose a herniated disc while he was in the car, and, when a suspected spinal cord injury is possible the idea is to not move the person (could risk paralysis, serious nerve damage, etc). If it was the guys first slipped disc, he very likely had no idea what was going on.

At 13k, its' unlikely to meet the tuners deductible (probably was using dealer plates).

Duh, I should have known that especially since I am haveing surgery on my back soon..:eek:
