Where did he mention flying a Harrier?
I think he may have once been higher than a Harrier can fly but ... :p

Anyway I got this:

I recognized the Hamilton name because of Davemcc and thought it was cool. It was made in 1905.
Very nice Hamilton. I also got one last year, albeit a bit newer model :)

The Alliance Air Show is one of the larger ones in north Texas and the Blue Angels or Thunderbirds usually have their aircraft inside or just outside our hangar. I've never bothered going to one of the shows though D:

Thanks for posting that. I can see your leaned back stance. You still stand like that but in the photo you look less ancient. In the photo I can see a bit of the old man too. I'm getting there too ... just about 49.

I can't wait to hear your thoughts on them, Z.
So far the Studio 530 is really sounding nice - no aggressive horn nature - a nice step
above something like the Infinity Beta, which I like more than the Primus.

The Klipsch reference bookshelves, have nothing on this one - this horn speaker tends
to draw you in, and not away. Also more bass than the Beta 20 speakers.

Thanks for the update. Any sibilance issues with them Z?

Not really - also, a lot of sibilance starts before the speaker.
Some people also have sibilance in their voice, and the mic picks that up.
And then, there is poor engineering.

This tweeter is much better than the Klipsch, and beats a lot of dome tweeters
for smooth/clean and detailed. This is not like some of them nasty JBL titanium
tweeters of the past. This is a new tweeter, and not the CMMD tweeter of the
Studio 1 series speakers.

The modded S30 has already lost - I will still do a mini shoot-out with the Snell, E60 and VS260
The Studio 530 is closer to them 3, that are twice the cost. I am still in the early stages.

It's been a long wait. Center and towers are finally done. Waited a long time for them. I guess the guy who pays the least has to wait the longest. Not in my possesion yet, but will be next tuesday.

Found a ridiculous deal on a pair of LSA On Wall surrounds to go with my LSA Monitors and LCR. The system is finally complete!

Haven't listened much- been sick for almost a week sinuses are shot. They do sound like more speaker than the size suggests though and the highs are very similar to the e-41b.
