Sorry if this aint the right spot.

I have programmed my TV, etc to the U-Verse remote. AT&T lists a bunch of codes for Yamaha. A handful work ONLY turning the receiver OFF, but the problem is they don't turn it back ON.

Can anyone help? Im losing my mind. Been on the phone w AT&T two days straight for at least 2+ hours.

Comcast remotes are the same way. Unfortunately there is no way to do it. The codes built into the remote are all you get and for some reason they seem to only have either discrete power on and power off commands and no power toggle. This is a problem with most receiver brands and TV provider remotes. You need a true universal remote if you want to do everything with one control.

Yeah, I do have a Harmony 1000, but hell, I was so jazzed that my ATT UVerse remote was doing everything I was bummed when I couldnt get it to turn on the Receiver once it turned it off.

The remote codes will work with the Yamaha RX-V2700 on Uverse

My problem is that the power turns all the zones on and not just the main zone.
