Clint, when they start selling BD titles en masse at sub $10 prices (NEVER!), I'll be all over that too. Already placed my order BF1 (early this am). Sub $10 HD DVD's!!! Let the sales roll on!

I'll enjoy the big lebowski on hd dvd for many years to come for 12.20. Then when it gets re-released on blu ray for 30 dollars I won't have to buy it.

Our local Blockbuster still carries HD DVD's and I can still rent them online. I think I'll email them telling them that's the reason I haven't jumped to another service. I'm sure this is short lived, but it's nice to be able to use my "laserdisc" player.

I'm with you, brother. FWIW, BB has all their HD DVDs at 30% off regular price. Not a fantastic deal, but better than full price. Might work out if you are having problems finding a newer release for less. A friend of mine went in this morning and the cashier told him they were all 30 off. He had one movie, it rang up @ 30 off, but the cashier took another 30 off He got a 24.99 movie for just over $12. I tried that tonight. Fat chance

I keep hearing you say that mtry.

That's a purely subjective opinion. They are the right titles for those new to HD, or have a small collection and want a few more titles. I now have most of want I want in HD titles, and still have a short list of eight or so that I'll pick up when they hit $10.
