I was browsing Wal-Mart tonight and came across this clearanced TV stand model from Z-Line for $50 (reg $169.77). Pretty easy to assemble too. The box says HomeTrends but as soon as you open it the assembly manual says Z-Line.
I'm sure this is a limited-stock and probably regional deal but if you happen to be in the market for an inexpensive stand, check Wal-Mart.
The top shelf holds 70 lbs, the remaining two hold 65 lbs each.
