YPAO and two subwoofers

Do any of you Yamaha experts know how YPAO processes the audio from double subs? Would a Y'ed pair of subs played on YPAO totally confuse the receiver?

I am pretty sure that YAPO cuts off at the 60-80 Hz range so it doesn't have much effect on either of the subs. If you want to smooth out the subs response you will need some bass traps or an external EQ.
