Dark Knight, Casino Royale and 3:10 to Yuma and I'm sure there are a couple of others I forget. TV series wise I think the NBC show Revolution has some great surround. I have the first 3 Star Wars Trilogy movies on DVD for about 5 years:eek: and can't wait to see them.:D I'm glad I got them they are going for over $100 on ebay last year.

I own War on BD and saw it in the theater. It is an OK flick, but somewhat predictable. Awesome sound for sure though.

The movie 2012 ,on bluray,,with those catastrophic events ,has great surround..The movie salt, has one of the most real sounding explosions in it,it is awesome and loud, not a bad movie,i lioed it,it has angilina jolie...And the movie "Knowing" with nicholas cage, has some big time catastrophies, plane crash, subway crash, and couple more, awesome surround ...and lots of bass, and it can get pretty loud, especially at the end,its ok movie...

Tron: Legacy (both movie and soundtrack). There are other (recent) movies that are well done (like SkyFall & Prometheus), but Tron still stands out. I suspect the new Star Trek may displace it, but that all depends on the home version mix...
