Hi All,
I would like the opinions of the members on an upgrade from a Yamaha RX-V295 receiver to the new RX-V 2600.
I have the 2095 for about five years now, and I love the DSP on this system. I just purchased the 2600 receiver and the receiver has about half the number of dsp types but has others that the 2095 does not have, I really don’t need the video inputs because I go direct to three video inputs on my plasma set (2-hdmi, 1-componet). I purchased the Axiom epic 60-500 7.1 system to be used with the receiver (2600) both receivers could handle the speakers.
I just have second thoughts about keeping the 2600 or returning the unit and use my older 2095.
What do you think I should do?
Thanks, always
John
