Please give me your opinion about the Yamaha RX V567. I am planning to replace my Yamaha HTR-6030 with this receiver because it has hdmi input/output and a 7.1 receiver.

It's a good HD AVR for the money, if your speakers are matching the amps. 5.1 or 7.1 on Bluray movies and you will want bigger amps if in a large room.
None of the HD AVR put out what they claim when pushing all the amps.
Small room and the right speakers a good entry level HD AVR.

+1 for the 667 i believe its the first model that does networking in their lower line. Good feature set too!

I would go with the RX-V667 instead :)
I concur. I believe the RX-V567 amplifier section is not comprised of discrete transistors in the output stage. Its not mentioned in the literature provided by Yamaha. The 667 is mentioned having discrete transistors. Its alwasy better to have discrete devices in the output stage rather than IC amplfier stage such as in teh RX-V567.

Good to know this on the amps. I just looked at the specs and it was a HD and was in his budget. I have had several Yamaha AVR and had Great service out of them.
