On our main entertainment system has:
Integra DTR7 (2000) so I assume it would be a 7.0
Sony 34 WEGA widescreen 1080i trinitron
Denon DVD
Motorola DVR
BCD Venturi Surrounds (center, front, rears)

I recently bought a Yamaha RX-V463 for a much smaller (and cheaper) system for our upstair family room. (RCA 27" 4x3, Sony DVP-NC800H DVD, and old JBL 500 speakers).

The Yamaha has HDMI sources and the Integra does not, as well as more options (Sirius, XM, Cinema DSP)

I was curious as to the pros and cons between each unit. Would it be beneficial to move the yamaha to the primary system (Now the Integra), or does the Integra THX certified unit just have better components for audio and sound that it's performance benefits makes up for not having the digitial video source.
