Yamaha RX-V2700 Two Subs - How to?

I would like to connect two subs to my new Yamaha RX-V2700. One is an Onix Rocket 10" with an RCA connector. The other is a Mirage 12" that uses speaker cable In and Out(Both Left and Right). Currently, I have attached the Onix to the Sub out on the receiver. Is there a way to connect the Mirage also?
Thanks

simply get hold of a plain old "Y" connector wit hone male RCA plug and two female RCA jacks. Plug the male into the receiver's LFE jack and one sub into each of the females. It's sort of a menage a trois for subwoofers.

does the Onix have high level outputs? If so, just run wires from there to the Mirage.

That will not work.

Glocks,
I would only expect the high level speaker ouputs you suggest to work when you are using the high level speaker inputs as the connection from the receiver to the sub.

I think the Y adapter and a couple coax sub cables is your best bet and will work with any two subwoofers.

Keep in mind that the level adjustment in the receiver applies to both subs and you will have to use the volume knob on Each sub to balance them relative to one another.
A setup disc and SPL meter would be useful for setting up and calibrating your dual sub system.

Better said than I, I didn't feel like making a long explanation as to why it wouldn't work, mostly because I am tired of seeing this same question time and time again. We should make a short article on how to connect your subwoofer and how to connect more than one subwoofer. This way when someone asks we can refer them to it, or maybe they will read the article and won't even have to ask.:)

yeah, I didn't think about that... not being able to use a low level input, and a high level output, or vice versa. From the original post, it sounds like the Mirage doesn't have a coax type input.
