yamaha rx-v2065 or sony str-da5400es

am looking for a new av amp for my living room ,i have tannoy in wall speakers 125 watts at 8ohms and tannoy ts 12 sub.my living room is 7 meters by 3 meters all speaker cable is rhumer 2 and i need a new av amp .
i can get the yamaha rx-v2065 for£980 cash and the sony 5400 es fpr £1350 but its not price iam looking at i would like the better of the two or maybe a pioneer or somthing ,
i cant go above 140 watts as it would be to powerful for the speakers.
please help.

I'd pay 1350 for the Yamaha before I'd pay 980 for the Sony, so 980 for the Yamaha would be the way to go. Before I bought the Yamaha, I'd check the Denon offerings in that price range.
