Yamaha HTR-5790

How does the Yamaha HTR series compare with the RX-V series receivers? Is it a less expensive receuver? I think the RX-Vs are THX Select.

I demod the 5790 for 2 weeks with my Axiom 7 channel setup. I though it was an outstanding receiver. Played dynamically loud, great Dsp's, and excellent with cd's.

They are cosmetically a little different but internally they are the same.
