Xbox 360 rip quality?

Does anyone have any information about the quality of the files that the Xbox 360 will rip from CDs to its drive. File format , bit rate anything at all?

I would imagine that it rips to some form of .WMA since it's a Microsoft product, but the bitrate I don't know.
