I was playing around with the Doby Vision selection settings. Now I am not able to see any output from the HDMI 1 while playing on my 1K TV. How do I reset this as I am not able to see anything on the screen. Or do I have to get a compatible 4 K Dolby Vision screen to reset this.

Try pressing the STOP button, then the HOME button and, finally, the POP UP/MENU button on the remote controller. This will reset output resolution to 480p/576p. See if that works.

Your solution is truly amazing! It worked like a charm. I had previously contacted Sony's support team, but they were unable to resolve the issue over the phone and requested that I mail in the device for repair. I must say, I'm disappointed in Sony's approach, but grateful for your expertise and efficient fix!
