Would this sub work on my computer?

Heres what I could find on the sub

Its a VelodyneCHT-12E sub I cant post a link. This first "Nrpavs" link that comes up when you google it has the back and stuff

I have a studio XPS 435 MT computer
i7 2.67 Ghz processor
I have no idea how to find my soundcard
Im obviously very new at this and I have no idea what I'm doing can anyone help me?

The answer is port #4 - Orange jack.

Some possible clarification - the subwoofer signal will be carried on only one of those connections - the red one or the white one. I forget which. The other connection is for the center channel speaker. It should be obvious if you connect the wrong one, as you'd probably start hearing voices (probably hard to understand, but obviously voices).
