Worth the upgrading Bose 201's?

it's like music from cell phone vs live performance. currently i run them through vintage Sony STR-6046A. Beatles sound like Beatles and Dark Side of the Moon sounds like i'm in studio (maybe i'm exaggerating as a newbie who got his first taste of what the sound is)

I recently upgraded from something probably as bad sounding as Bose, just not as expensive!! And I am in your shoes too...Only listening to Energy Take FPS with LCR as surrounds, and it sounds amazing...I am scared to go and listen to some RC series speakers or anything better than what I now have!

congrats man!! Long time lurker, first time poster. I went from bose 301 to paradigm reference studio 60's and was floored. Nuff, said. I am very happy you enjoy your new ones... just wait till you get the urge.

I thought there were additional speakers (and woofers) in the wall, i was wrong. just the 2 towers.
