I am embarrassed to say, although never brought to the place this guy is, I have exchanged words with a couple "customer service representatives", Sprint, had my blood boiling on a couple occasions before I took my 16 phone lines from their service to Verizon, and so far so good.. They lost a $1200 per month account because their CS is terrible... Next was the cable company at my House, charter, they are terrible, I was supposed to get 6 HDMI boxes and instead got 1 and 5 no hd 2 of which didn't work, so when I called they said they were out of the hdmi boxes and would fix it... Well 2 months and 3 phone calls later, no fix, then my neighbor hooks up service and get 3 hdmi boxes, I called and they said they still weren't in stock, so I cancelled the service and gave them all of their equipment back... Problem is they are the only provider {either that or dish}, so I went to the main office and spoke to a manager, on the phone he was an absolute prick, in person, he was a "Care bear" just looking to make me happy, f#cking creep, I was talking to the girl at the front desk and she said he was just let back in the building because of a sexual harassment claim the company had to settle on and legally couldn't fire him {a situation where it was either admit fault and fire him or pay a settlement and keep him until he messed up again}... But he was nice as pie in person with me, I ended up with 6 months free service, free HBO for a year {can't use the online hbo but its on the tv}, and free home phone for ever as long as I keep cable and internet... Then I called him after my 6 months free was up, and he was still there, I said "I know you said you can only give out 1 of them 6 months free so often, but mine ran out and I would appreciate if you could redo it" He said "no problem , I Was waiting for your call".. So anther 6 months, then I seen him about 2 months later at the local lowes and he was working in the gas grill section, I said what happened to charter, and he said "ehh screw that place", I said "yah, an office with a secretary and a parking spot, Lowes blows that away" I walked away after busting is balls about giving me a gas grill for free he was like "dude I would but I just started here"... f#cking Douche, I would kill myself if I was him...
