Which? Starting them, or responding to them? Hey, I'll let it go if every one else does but, I feel it's my right to state my case when accused of something.

I was perfectly content to simply walk away from this thread after trying to help until someone came out of nowhere and called me back into play with some snarky comments. I guess you don't have have problems with that, do you?

True. If someone wishes to question me, or my handling of a situation, and has the courtesy to do it in private via a PM, I'll be glad to keep it there. However, when attacked in a public forum, that's where I respond.

Trolls need to be "outed" in public. And just about everyone here gets along. A minor skirmish here and there. If someone gets out of hand they get their butt booted out of here. With 27 posts you are in no position judge this forum or anyone in it.

My comment about your "teaching abilities" was meant to be good humored, implying that you don't seem to have much patience for people who are less informed about a subject than yourself. Sorry, I'm a sarcastic person and it was meant to lighten up the post a bit, but apparently you didn't see it as such and I'm sorry. What did I say that could even remotely be considered "attacking" you? If you take everything I say and consider it an "attack" against you I won't bother you with any more posts on this topic, but I do ask you to reconsider your opinion of what has been said, and try to understand that it is not my intent to offend you in any way. My opinion of you is in no way reflected in my statement about your reaction nor is not meant to be.

I relish sharing and learning from others. And, I'm not always right and will be the first to admit it when it happens. It's rare, but it's true.

And, I do have patience but when it seems that when the information being offered by all of us, particularly me, isn't being digested, but rather being used to generate confrontational responses, my otherwise friendly and helpful attitude turns quickly to sarcasm, one of my other talents.

Perhaps your post was misinterpreted but, not knowing the other person, their personality, or their true intent, one must take the words as written and come to their own conclusions about what is actually being said/implied. ...and I did.

But, as for the person who started this thread, I call 'em as I see 'em. After post 10 on the first page, it became quite apparant that he really wasn't too interested in learning. I still wonder what part of "You need to feed it to a multi-channel receiver with an optical input" he didn't understand, particularly after claiming experience with and knowledge of them.
