wire for S/PDIF to receiver?

Hi,
I'd like to connect the S/PDIF connector from my computer to my receiver. Both devices have female RCA jacks and it is working fine with a 3 foot rca cable. Unfortunately this is not a convenient location for my computer. It's ideal location would require a 25' cable. What I'm wondering is, is that too far to go and if not, what should I be looking for in a cable? Should I get a factory made cable or is there a way to make one myself with 2 blank rca male connectors (again, what wire should i use?)? Thanks in advance!

virtually any 25" RCA/RCA shielded cable should work, and they are cheap enough

Monoprice. If I recall their premium cables use 75-ohm coax, which is perfect for your application.
