Congrats to Raymond Olson from California on winning SVS's latest SVS SB-3000 R|Evolution suboofer.

Keep your eyes peeled for more Audioholics giveaways to come!

The latest Audioholics giveaway has begun! This time Audioholics has partnered with SVS to give away one all-new SB-3000 R|Evolution subwoofer! The entry form on the official contest page will remain open until midnight ET on March 31st. This is one Audioholics Contest you won't wan to miss!

SVS has been making low-frequency waves in 2026 with its new 3000 R|Evolution Series Subwoofers. Introduced to audiences at CES 2026 last January, the replacement for the 3000 Series marks a R|Evolution in engineering and subwoofer design. The power of the new Sledge STA-1200D2 MOSFET Class-D amplifier tasked with pushing the sub's 13-inch driver represents a significant leap, delivering 1,200 watts continuous with 4,000 W+ peaks. SVS added 40% more power with no significant size difference to the compact sub over last year's SB-3000, that delivered a rocking 800W continuous. But that's just the tip of the R|Evolutionary iceberg. Get more details on the SVS SB-3000 R|Evolution Subwoofer, the sweepstake's terms/conditions and most of all register on the form for your chance to WIN!

SVS SB-3000 R|Evolution Subwoofer Giveaway! ($1,299.99 Value)

Can residents of Alaska and Hawaii enter if they can provide a shipping address within the continental US?

You might want to check the official rules on the contest page from Audioholics. Most giveaways say “continental U.S. residents only,” which usually refers to where the entrant lives, not just the shipping address. If the rules only mention the shipping destination, then a mainland address might work—but the terms should clarify it.

I'm feeling lucky. There's over 8k entries, 4 of which are mine according to the little stat thing.
That's like a 2000% chance of me winning, right?
Follow me for more math tips.

I didn't get one either. This is bullish!t. Maybe they were too busy printing my address out for shipping.

I can't speak for the circumstances of any winners, but there have been some interesting karmic transfers in past contests. You'd be surprised how many potential winners ghost my initial email and I have to use the tool to pick another random winner from the DB. The initial email only picks the "potential" winner because I require a response from someone in the continental USA within 48-hours or I have to move on to closure. Once I had three ghosts in a row and had to pick a fourth who finally answered his email.

One person that came dangerously close to passing the 48 hour mark was a contest at the height of the COVID panic. He was a US Army nurse working a hospital at something close to a 48-hour shifts, I don't know what Army base but he seemed like a deserving winner. Very nice fellow.

Another guy, who won a serious pair of speakers as I recall, I think Martin-Logan, was highly appreciative and shared with me how badly his year has gone. It was near Christmas and he was tapped out getting gifts for his kids, I believe a job loss was recent. He explained how much winning the speakers meant to him and gave him hope for the future. I hope things have gone well for him and his family since.

Another winner I'll always remember was an old retired, wounded Vietnam veteran. He was a real character who shared funny stories in our emails arranging win/delivery etc. Fortunately he had people nearby who could carry the sub he had won into the house and help him setup, I gathered the war left him disabled.

I never ask about people's personal lives arranging the contests, in fact this is the first time sharing any of these people's background, I hope I'm not crossing a line here. I keep exchanges polite but specific to the business at hand. Most winners express appreciation but often communicate in point-form sentences, possibly English second language. But sometimes I get interesting stories arranging these contests. It gives me a good feeling knowing my email made someone's day or even year, no matter how much I may covet the prize for myself.

Nope, yay Ray for real. And yay SVS! I hope they sell a ton of subs just because they gave one away.

They've got other cool stuff too ... that might end up in one of these contests.

Haha! Right?!?!?!
Can we have a contest for active forum users?
I mean, yay Ray! But not really lol.
Why even have a contest non forum users can enter ? especially with less activity on forums it should be limited to active users only .
It does allow it but I don’t know anyone to tell .thats the rules , I can’t complain about it, even a 1/100000 chance is higher than 0.
