A little help from you electrical engr types please: Question will the Schiit Loki Mini work with the Arcam A25 BECAUSE Gene reviewed the Arcam and noted that the Pre outs had too low a voltage to drive an amp, ie below 2V. I believe the way to hook up these two guys physically is amp pre out into the Loki, and the Loki output into an amp line input. Will there be enough voltage for the Loki to work, and will its output be enough to drive the Arcam line input?
I'm and ancient old guy with nice speakers I designed and built myself but no longer any way to drive them. If you read this far any thoughts on the Arcam A25 vs Musical Fidelity M2si based on audio quality? I once replaced a low priced Onkyo receiver with a Bryston amp and OMG it was like going from a small B&W tv to a big screen HD tv. Obviously the Arcam is not a Mac or Bryston but still one hopes a new integrated will at least sound pretty full and rich.
