widescreen prob..

I have a 32" samsung digital 1080i crt TV, i recently got digital satillite TV, and set the sat box to 16:9 aspect. it great and any normal aspect programs have black bars either side. My problem is, when these play the bar on one side is slightly smaller than the other, makin the 14:3 aspect program slightly off centre. any ideas??? it doesnt really annoy me and most shows are widescreen now anyway. cheers.

Check the programming features on the TV and the Sat box if there is a way to move the 4:3 image to one direction or another. Maybe you also need to call Samsung about it and the Sat company.

Is this on all channels from the Sat box? Thinking that maybe some stations have their 4:3 misaligned.
