Officially 1 tenth an 1 inch of snow at JAX yesterday. Not that big of a deal but there were some cancellations. Go just a bit north into Georgia and it was much worse.

LOL, having lived through the second biggest 24 hr snowfall ever in the lower 48 (72" of snow) it's tough for me to get too excited over a tenth of an inch !

True, but its a biggie for a lot of people that have never driven on ice or snow. Its crazy. Its like a strong tropical storm in the Smokie Mtns, rarely occurs..

agreed and that's why people stupidly ignore forecasts. It happens up here as well. One of the things that always amazes me is pick up truck owners and their '4 wheel drive', unless you have a 'locker' or posi all you really have is two wheel drive !
