Primarily for home theater. Movies

Open box store demo REL R 528. Sealed
New SVS sound. PB 12 ported
Both 12s
Both about the same price
Svs slightly better specs
Rel may be better for music
Anyone know?
Thanks!

Out of those options SVS is no brainer. Rel has some nice subs, but they are over priced. There are many other great subs too, like HSU, PSA, Rhytmic and so on.. What is your budget? Room size?

$1500 is a lot of sub for small approx 2300cuft room.
Room modes are going to be your biggest enemy in square sized room. Start preparing to battle them with at least a chance to win by going dual subs

Wow. I just visited hsu site. Geez i could buy two 12s there for less than 1500. Now im considering wether a 15 inch is overkill.
Yes i would love two 15s. But i might actually get killed by significant other...
