Why does it say TrueHD with Dolby Atmos? Is it my speaker setup?

Well Dolby Atmos is metadata on top of TrueHD essentially so assume that's why your signal shows such, and if you don't have the ability to play Atmos you'd get just True HD. You're playing in Atmos, tho.

yes it's your speaker setup which I assume includes height or ceiling speakers?

As hd said, trueHD is the container for Atmos. It will still say that on the input side even without an Atmos setup(which I see you have) but the output will say Dolby surround, or dts neuralX etc.

Yes I do have four height speakers
If those are enabled, it allows you to play Atmos....if you turned those off your avr would play just the TrueHD core.
