Ok, I figured it out. I was really for a minute there, no public profile, no location but I looked down at the "who's online" and saw a + next to your name. Since I only have 3 people on my buddies list and I've accounted for the other two......damn I should get a job with the FBI.

I want to know this too, what does happen w/ the buddy list? I just tried it, but I don't see anything different anywhere. any buddy features? ok that's a weird sounding question.

there's a + sign on their names in the users online list
you can click a button and see who among your buddies are online
