For Dirac to get accurate measurements the mic needs to be facing straight up, and not pointing in any specific direction.
And as the mic has different sensitivity from the sides, as compared from directly in front, you have to use the right calibration file to get the right result - which is the 90 degree calibration file.
The 0 degree calibration file is used for near field measurments of specific speakers or drivers, typically at less than 1m distance from the speaker... to get an approximation of its anechoic response, rather than the "in room" response.
In any case definitely the 90 degree file.
