Which Sub to go with Klipsch 25s

I am putting in my first HT system. My room is 13x23x8. I have decided on the Klipsch 25 series. My HT will be 85% movies and TV. Very little music listening.

Front: RB-25
Center:RC-25
Surround:RS-25

I cannot decided on the Sub. Eithe the Klipsch RW-10 or the SVS PB-10. I've heard the Klipsch and like it but I've read great things about the SVS.

Anyone compared the two before (audibly)?

thanks

PS. I will be getting the Denon AVR-2105 receiver.

I would have to add Hsu to your list, they make great subs and are fairly cheap. I have the vtf2-mk2 and it is amazing, but like svs you can only get them over the web.

Let first say, I never owned a sub before now.

I heard the Klipsch & Paradigm Yup, they sound like sub's. Due to $$$ restrictions I debated between HSU and SVS and the svs cylinder appealed to me. The 2039+ is more than I'll ever need. If that hsu wood came in a brown wood color the decision would have been tougher.

I am a newbie at HT but I was wondering if there are every any "comptability" problems when mixing speaker brands (eg. Klipsch 25s plus an SVS sub")

thanks

You will have no compatibility problems whatsoever. While it is very important to match the voicing of your front three speakers and slightly less so to match the surrounds with the fronts, the sub is different. The other speakers are producing sound in the same range, while the subwoofer is producing completely different notes.
I am currently matching a SVS-PB12 with Klipsch speakers. I cannot recommend the SVS enough. The bass is tight (not boomy). It integrates superbly with my speakers for music. With movies, I can FEEL the bass in my entire body - and this is with the sub's gain only set about 1/3 of the way up!

Karps... I really appreciate the feedback. I room is 13x23x8. Will the SVS PB10 be big enough. From a budget standpoint...I hope so

thanks
