$300 for a 15 year old avr with limited connectivity/functionality (for example no hdmi or lossless codecs)....but if it meets your needs and you don't mind taking somewhat of a risk on an old unit....

Personally it would be a no but I'm fine with standard sized units so nothing about this unit appeals to me....
