I'm looking for an attractive method of hanging rear surround speakers (large size.. 15lbs or so 17x8x9, H,W,D)..

i've come across this website before and was wondering if anyone trusts or has used it: racksandstands.com

or if not, any other place they would recommend to buy them at..

i was looking at these two in particular:
Sanus WMSb2 ( http://common.csnstores.com/common/products/SY/SY0070_b.jpg )

and this one

The Sanus stuff is OK, but it looks and feels cheap, IMHO.

I went with Omnimount units to mount my Definitive BPX surrounds to the ceiling of my family room. They cost more than the cheap stuff, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Hope this helps.

Maybe partsexpress.com?

I think they have a pretty good selection. I think?

Parts express is definitely good for those smaller universal mounts for cube-ish speakers. Not sure about their selection for larger mounts.

Tweeter (Brick and OnLine) has wall mounts - they may be Omni - I forget. But I bought them along with my Sapphire SBs (which weigh about 22lbs each). They've been hanging on my wall for several months now. Just be sure you find a stud when drilling holes. Oh yeah, the mounts cost about $40 each - not per pair.
