He is a professional pot stirrer, he's also the only person I've ever put on ignore.

He struck me as a lonely guy who never came to terms with his hand in the matter. He could never keep a woman happy, and displayed some pride in the fact, which I think is a crude defence. He was certainly opinionated in my choice of music. Just a mention of one of the Great Masses, Requiems or the like you'd think were Devil's spawn from his reaction. So not and easy person to interact with, but I feel we should welcome him back if wants to come back, which I doubt.

Never had a problem with him in fact we shared an interest in carver gear and old jbl’s turned him on to a couple out of the way places for older jbl parts and the like . Had many conversations with him about jbl ‘s and thoughts on amps very knowledgeable in many aspects too . But I’ve seen him on hear get very rude to new comers with legitimate questions hell old timers on hear too .

He’s had a history of dropping out at least once previously and I think that’s what happened again. I hope that’s all that happened!!!, but he had hinted that he was feeling the urge to step away when it happened.

I met Chris in person. Nice fellow, gave some help with places to stay and ride mtb out in his neck of the woods when I was passing through.

These uninformed diagnoses being thrown out tell more about those making them than they do about him. Online personas are often quite different than reality.

Never met him but have had several conversations with him threw the years too a good dude for sure miss his insight of things and hope he comes back to the fold . I’d like to hear his thoughts the new towers he acquired .

Yeah for sure. I liked how he was always willing to do an experiment, and share his results. The last time he went awol, I texted him directly for a wellness check lol. He did come back for a while, but his path led him elsewhere. Lots of good conversations of the years. Many shared interests. Always got along with HD too. He was one of the first forum “friends” I had going way back to home theater shack. Although he can be abrasive, we never had a serious issue until politics. It’s why I hate politics. Nothing but division anymore. I think the mods would’ve forgiven him attacking me,(I wasn’t hurt) but tangling with mods, well…

Loven was one of the first to connect with me on hear too always got along with him definitely could be abrasive. I remember him being pretty upset about the election read a bunch of his posts on gear usually good advice . There seemed to be a few on hear he’d tangle with on a daily basis which I always thought was shame. He had a sweet setup in his stable or hell a couple lol . He definitely amped up on politics which I try to avoid too the last conversation I had with him was about carver amps he had several he needed rebuilt was contemplating where to send them to . He was better in a private conversation than on an open Fourm lol .
