Where do I plug in my projector to my receiver?

Where do I plug my HDMI from my projector to my Denon AVR-X4400H receiver?

At the "4k HDCP2.2 Monitor" or the "Monitor ARC"

HDMI output from avr to the projector, both can work....you getting audio back from the projector for ARC? What projector?

The BenQ LK970 projector. Not sure which one to use I have only used the "4k HDCP 2.2 monitor" HDMI on the Denon.

You need to use HDMI 2. There is no ARC or eARC on that projector, so you need the latest HDMI version which is HDMI2.
