Where can I get good prices in Canada?

Hi. I was all ready to order my klipsch quintet II speakers and Yamaha Rx 661 reciever through amazon.com and I find they dont ship to Canada. Where can I get similiar prices that will deliver to Canada? Oh ya and I'm in Toronto, Ontario.

Would love any help I could get. THanks.

Considering that some of the world's best speakers are made by Canadian companies, I would expect you to find better deals there than in the US. Look at Energy, Mirage, Paradigm, PSB, Axiom, etc. (all of which sound better than Klipsch IMO.)

Joe, consumer electronics in Canada range from 20-40% more than in the US. Canadian made speakers are still more expensive here than the US. Discounts and bargains are few and far between. For reference, in the range of the Quintet the Energy RC-Mini are $249 Each!

I second (third... fourth?) this motion. We need a source. I'm fine with waiting longer for stuff, and I live close enough to the border to have something shipped to the states and pick it up myself. However, duty is a killer.

Find a decent audio store and they will work with you to come to a reasonable price on equipment. Don't ever pay MSRP. I don't know who sells Klipsch in the GTA, but if you're stuck on that brand, give Strathroy Audio Video a call. I've heard radio commercials recently about blow out prices. Sorry, I don't have a phone # for them.
