All those speakers are inwall. You will need to do some deconstruction in order for them to perform properly.

Triad Speakers are fantastic. One of the truly unique and important speaker companies out there today. I recommend keeping them without reservation. Also, no major construction work will be needed for the models with the "/4" designation in the model number. The /4 means that the speaker will fit into a wall with a 4" depth. All Triad in-walls are built back boxed and designed to sound as close to identical as possible to their in-room counterparts. Just cut the hole out of the wall and screw them in.
As for the subwoofer, that will be more than likely chalenging to put into your wall because of the /15 (15" depth) model number. I would get the Triad amp that goes with it. Not doing so and putting acheap amp on it would be like someone giving you a Porsche without tires, and then you go and put Ford Taurus tires on it. If your budget can at all be flexible, get the amp that it was designed for and you'll get it's best performance.
The Denon receiver will do fine to power those.
Enjoy those speakers, they are considered the cream of the crop by many in the A/V community. Congratulations on the speakers..... they're just awesome. I'm a Triad dealer so I should know
*Side note, I hate in-wall subs with a passion. I mean I HATE them! I would go as far as to say that I hate in-wall subs more than I hate Bose Lifestyle products. HOWEVER.... Triad in-walls subs are amazing speakers. I have no hangups with those at all. They actually sound spot on to their boxed subs which are really really nice. Although, the model you have is 15" deep, so it isn't really your typical in-wall sub is it? Enjoy those speakers!
