The sherbourne is nice, but the usp is better if you are going to run a sub, it has xlr's which is nice, but its kind of large, the remote is nice, and the sound is what you would expect, but no sub support so if you are running subs you need splitters and external crossovers... or run a sub that has high pass out, like some of the svs's....
