What to use to clean screens?

I've only had my LCD for about a week. But the manual says not to use any liquid, and to just use the cloth that came with the TV, so I used that to clean off the fingerprints from when I set up the TV.

I give my panny a quick dusting with a microfibre cloth that came with my speakers. I've never really had to do a "major" cleaning of the screen, though I do have access to methenol that I use to clean my microscope objectives.
